Maryland’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities come together to present, TRANSFORMATIVE RHYTHMS. The HBCU Dance Project will present dance companies from Bowie State University, Coppin State University, Morgan State University, as well as a guest company from Philadelphia, Danse4Nia/Phoenix Danse.
