About Us :

BCT began in 1986 and "The Matchmaker" was the first show. It started with a few friends - 100 Charter members - and shows were performed at Golden Gate Park in a barn that came from the Slyder farm. Then in 1993 the new facility was built. Most of the money to build the new (current) theatre was donated by Ruth Slyder, in memory of her husband Jesse. BCT gets lots of support from the City of Brookville and community.

The Brookville Flower Shop is where all ticket sales are handled. And speaking of ticket sales, Season Tickets go on sale in the middle of December each year. Call the shop at 937-833-3531 to ask about Season Tickets and/or reservations for one of our shows. ALL Season Ticket requests must be mailed back to the theatre's
