About the Theatre:
The Historic Wink Theatre, built by J.C.W. Wink in 1941, is one of the oldest structures in downtown Dalton.
The Wink Theatre is the only example of Art Moderne architecture remaining in North Georgia
The Wink was built to be a "smalltown version of the Fox Theatre in Atlanta", and designed to be one of Dalton's principle attractions.
With over 1200 luxury seats, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, and the versatility to convert from movie to performance theatre to reception hall in the same elegeant space, the Wink Theatre is again the prime place for social gatherings in the downtown Dalton area
