The Neighborhood Theatre consists of two stages: the Main Stage and “The Other Side” (located inside the venue in the bar area).
The Main Stage:
Originally built as a movie theatre in 1945, it has been restored and turned into a performance place. The venue is great for any event where the audience's listening pleasure is paramount. The room is designed for exceptional acoustics and provides excellent sound quality for any event.
The total capacity of the Theatre is 956. There are 340 comfortable theatre style seats in the main stage concert hall and uncommonly wide aisles. We do have a balcony that is open for most shows & it has 50 comfortable theatre style seats, making a total of 390 stationary seats in the Main Stage area. A thrust stage extends into the seating area. A sound system and theatrical lights are available. Also, the Theatre has an entertainers' dressing room with a separate bathroom. Upon need, we do arrange seating in “The Other Side” with additional sound & a clear view to the stage. We can arrange up to 160 additional seats in this described area. For seated shows, we are currently able to provide 550 seats for our listeners.
The Other Side:
The Other Side” is a large, open, relaxed space totaling 5,000 square feet and can accommodate 562 people. This stage has industrial-height ceilings and exposed brick walls. All seating in this area is portable. This area also includes a facility for concessions or a bar. This area can be leased along with the Theatre to provide larger audiences with a comfortable reception/concession area when needed.
The stages are excellent places for concerts, plays, meetings, art exhibits, etc. The Theatre can also be used for movie viewing
