They really do it all so well. The entire experience is enjoyable... the shows are top notch, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are well-maintained. Worth the trip!

Such talent and incredible shows! Many of their shows go on to Broadway, or are returning from Broadway. Highly recommend as the production quality (sets, actors, plays) is amazing and the theatre itself is also great.

The Papermill Playhouse is a gem, the actors are the same names you see on Broadway and all the productions are top notch. We became season ticket holders and have not regretted it. The seats could use an update as they are old and some are starting to sag a bit.

Great show, Theaters aging, but so are we.Service great looking out for older clients, providing wheelchairs, flash light showing on to floor for older group, assisting with arm support if needed. Every effort to make you feel comfortable, even cushion on seats, ear phone for hard of hearing.Group loved the show.willing to go back for the next great show.

Directions need to be given as the audience is loaded into the house. You have no idea what line is for what, there are no ropes to section off. For Press, Will Call etc....its just a mass of of people with no knowledge of where to go. But the show I saw was fantastic and the house itself was lovely.
