Mission Statement:
Theatre Off Jackson’s sole mission is to maintain a vital arts culture in Seattle by offering and operating an affordable, sustainable venue dedicated to performance, art, and community. TOJ does not, as a rule, produce its own work, but instead provides support and space for a diverse and vibrant roster of artists to create. With front of house and some tech support included, and a box office split, companies actually have the opportunity to make a return on their investment. The season is decided by a curatorial committee that aims to reflect the flavor and diversity of TOJ programming
